You don't carry a product that I am looking for. How can I get it?

Where does the order come from?

We may ship from our warehouse in Chicago or Michigan which ever warehouse is closes to your area and, if your item is in stock at each location. If an item is not in stock we will refuse payment and you will receive an e-mail stating that we are out of stock on that item and we may or may not carry that item an longer. We try and listed items that customer are asking for. We may discontinue an item that does not move. This might be why we are out of stock on some item that we are trying to sell the last of. Please check back to look at the new items that we are carrying. Don't forget to refresh your browser if you have been to that page on our web site before.      

Do you ship internationally?

No! We ship only anywhere in the United States. Please don't ask to ship your order internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or third party address. Only a confirm US address. We use Priority Mail our default shipping for our smaller orders with a Delivery Confirmation Number will be on each package. We also used UPS ground as our 2nd shipping method for larger orders over a certain pound and also with a tracking number will be on each package.. Please see our Shipping Terms  

Can I pay with a stolen credit card? 

No! Security Feature: Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. We crack down on people that try and use stolen credit cards. All fraudulent activities will be reported to FBI.  

 

Do you take credit cards over the phone or by e-mail?

No! We only accept credit card payments through our shopping cart system. We do not have a credit card machine here in our office any more since Jan 2006-2007. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to use your credit card through the shopping cart system. It will walk you through a shopping experience with your credit card. Don't e-mail us asking for us to get a credit card machine. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. We crack down on people that try and use stolen credit cards. All
fraudulent activities will be Reported to FBI.
Any large orders paid with a credit card will be check by Pay Pal to make sure that the credit card you are trying to use is not reported stolen. This is only for your protection and ours. This will not delay your order in anyway You will not know if we have check your credit card or not. We have many customers that try to pay for items with a stolen credit card. If your credit card is not reported stolen per Pay Pal, then we will accept the payment and process your order right away. Sorry for any inconvience that this may cause. We have had many e-mails requesting pricing the same items like HP in cartridges, Seagate hard drives and Intel processors etc. and found out that they always want to pay for the items with a stolen credit card. We as a company have to be carefully from people like that. We do not want to do business with companies and end users that are not honest. We at SPC Computers are honest people and are trying to conduct business to get you what you need and for us to continue getting you the best prices that we can.

Note: If you are in Michigan,  6% sales tax will be added to your shopping cart upon check out.

SPC Computers is not trying to make a profit on the shipping charges, since we are charging you on a percentage of your order and If you think that you are paying too much for shipping with 1 or more items in your shopping cart, go ahead and pay the shipping charges and e-mail the shipping department requesting that you think that the shipping charges was more then it should be. SPC Computers will investigate the order and see if you were getting over charged on the shipping. If we find out that you were getting over charged on your order we will refund you the difference on the shipping in a company check with your order or it will be mailed to you. We have no control over the shipping charges from USPS or UPS. 

 

Can I pay by check (money order or cashier check)? 

NO! We can not accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks any longer. Please see our Ordering Terms  

I'm local in your home town can I pick up?

Yes! BUT, we do not have a store front retail shop only an office! You will need to place your order via the web site. We do not take orders over the phone, you will have to pay for the shipping charges when you place your order BUT, we will refund you the shipping charges with a company check when you come and pickup your order. And you will have e-mail us to arrange for a pick-up time. Sometimes if you are a repeat customer we may or may not delivery your order to you depend if we are in your area.  

How do I return an item?

You will need to submit an RMA request form. Once we receive the request, we will issue an RMA number within 24 hours. You can find the form and return policies here

Do I have to pay a restock fee?

Yes! Products must be returned with all of the original packaging and materials in good condition. Defective products will not be assessed a 15% restock fee. We may assess a 15% restock fee if  the product is clearly damaged as a result of improper usage, and/or tampering, or is not returned with the original packaging and materials. Sometimes we waived the restocking fee depending on the circumstances.

What is the status of my order?

After we received your payment in full. Your order will be shipped 24/48 hours during our normal business hours. Except weekends and holidays, provided there are no problems processing the order (backorder, payment issues, etc.) Orders that are placed on Friday will be process on Monday. Reminder that Ink Cartridges, Ribbons, Refill Kits will take a little longer to shipped. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your order. You should receive an email notification from us within 24-hours of shipment. We do not ship on the weekends.

If there is a problem with your order we will send an email detailing the problem. It is your responsibility to follow up to resolve the issues for timely processing of your order.

If you refused and order that we shipped to you for any reason and is returned back to us, you will have to contact us requesting a refund. You will get a refund on your order but, not the shipping charges and you will be also charged a 15% restocking fee. If you should have any questions please e-mail our sales department. Make sure what you want before you place an order so, this will not happened.

We will do our best to fill your order as requested. However, because quantities are limited and on-hand quantities become lower throughout the day or items that are not in stock or we may not carry that item no longer it is possible that we may not be able to ship your order complete. We reserve the right to limit the quantity shipped based on available inventory and allocation requirements for prior orders placed.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! We will discount for bulk orders. We require a minimum quantity of 25 items for bulk orders. Sometimes we run specials on buy 6 or more items and get the 7th one FREE! Check on our specials for the month from time to time. Larger orders over $1,000.00 will have to wire the funds to our bank. Please e-mail us for details.
