Description:  This is the most effective and complete way of removing viruses and all other infections and any computer issues is to reinstall Windows. SPC Computers guarantees that the system is virus-free. All the data on the hard drive is deleted and a clean installation of windows is put back on. We want you to understand that everything that you have on your computer such as data, pictures, music will be lost and there is no way to get it back if you choose this method. This is for people who do not need their data and can reinstall their applications. Include windows activation with your copy of windows and all updates. If something goes wrong after your get your computer back from you reinstalling your programs, SPC Computers will charge you again to look at what went wrong from something that you did.

Description:  SPC Computers will copy the data off the hard drive that is in your My Document, My Music and My Picture, My Favorite, E-mail Addresses and Contacts folders. Which this is very time consuming might take longer on getting your computer back depending on how much information that you have on your computer. We will then format it, and install windows back on the hard drive. The saved files will then be copied back to the same location on the hard drive. SPC Computers does not guarantee that all files will be copied and put back due to file corruption from the backing up process but, we will do our best. SPC Computers also does not guarantee the computer is free of viruses. This is for people who need to save important data and can reinstall their applications. If something goes wrong after your get your computer back from you reinstalling your programs, SPC Computers will charge you again to look at what went wrong from something that you did.

Description:  Manual Virus and spyware removal can be both time consuming and tedious. SPC Computers will do this only if the customer desperately needs current applications to work. Data and applications will remain in tact and only virus & spyware programs will be removed. This may or may not correct computer issue and make your computer run faster, or other computer issues may arise from us removing the virus and spyware. SPC Computers is not responsible for any damage done to your data. Please backup your data before bringing us your computer, better safe than sorry. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the computer is 100% clean since there are so many viruses and spyware created each day; as such we strongly recommend reinstalling windows again. If something goes wrong after your get your computer back from you reinstalling your programs, SPC Computers will charge you again to look at what went wrong from something that you did.

Description:  Don't speak or be on hold with someone from India that does not speak english. We will diagnostic your problem and let you know how much it will cost before we do the work. It doesn't matter if you use your computer for work or play. When your computer isn't working properly and you want it fixed, you need it fixed fast!!! At SPC Computers most systems are repaired are returned to the customer within 24-48 hrs.   

Description: Help you on the phone with your problem that you are having or a question how to do something or advice or walk you through step by step. You will be billed by E-mail and payment is due upon receipt.    

Description: You would have to drop off or wait to install your memory in your system. Drop off's will have to come and pick up your system when finish. (Not responsible systems left over 30-days)

Description: We will pickup your computer and take it to our computer lab, and diagnose the problem and give you an estimate before we repair it, and then bring it back to you. Parts and Labor will be an extra charge according to the correct rates listed per your problem.

Description: Repairing software computer issues without opening or replacing computer components (Example: re-installing windows again on your system)  This does not included pick up and delivery you would have to bring it to us.  

Description: We will come to your home or business and diagnose your problem and repair software issues only not hardware problems. We would have to bring your system back to our computer lab to diagnose hardware issues.

Description: Repairing computer hardware by opening the system and replacing or repairing computer components. Computer hardware will be an extra charge. (A phone call will be made to you prior to the repairs to confirm the exact cost.)

Description: Repairing home end users with networking issues with routers, hubs, peer to peer or new installations with Cat 5 cables, software or hardware LAN Issues. (You would need to calls us to make an appointment!)

Description: Repairing businesses with networking issues with servers, routers, hubs or new installations with Cat 5 cables, software or hardware Issues.  (You would need call us to make an appointment!)

Description: Stop what we are doing and come to your rescue! no matter where you are in the Holland, Zeeland, West Olive, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Muskegon, Hudsonville, Jenison, Walker, Grandville, Grand Rapids areas only! This does not included pickup and delivery or any parts that you might need would be an extra charge. (Payment would be upon after work is complete).

Description: If you purchase a new computer system from us and something is not working correctly, we will repair or replace the defected parts with same or equal value which ever is available at the time. If you purchase hardware from us and it stops working within the 1- year warranty period from the time of purchase, we will replace the defected parts with same or equal value which ever is available at the time. If you or someone tampers with the seal or opens the computer for any reason, your warranty from us will be voided. No Exceptions! No Refund! will be issue on defected part. Must show proof of receipt to redeemed warranty. NO Exceptions!  

Description: If we have to order parts for your system, we would have to wait until the parts that come in to repair your computer. Down time would depend where we had to order your parts from 3-7 business days turn around for us to receive the parts for your computer. There will be no discounts because you had to wait another day. We try and keep stock on the most common parts but, it's hard to try and keep things on hand not knowing what we might need. There are many computer parts of all types and we can't stock everything that is out there. Sorry for the convenience this may cause.
