Shipping Info:  We use (USPS) United States Postal Service Priority Mail our default shipping and for our small orders and (USPS) United States Postal Service First Class for smaller orders and (UPS) United Parcel Service for our larger orders. A Delivery Confirmation Number will be on each package. We will E-mail you a Delivery Confirmation Number or a Tracking Number, so you can track your order via USPS or UPS web site . A Confirmation Number or a Tracking Number will be on each package. We will E-mail you with a tracking number so, you can track your order via the UPS web site. All orders will be shipped once we receive payment in full depends and on stock availability. Sometimes To save you time on the shipping we will drop ship your order from one of our vendors if we are out of stock on that item to get you the item faster. We will give you a copy of the invoice marked paid and a packing slip from us that our vendor will put in the box for us. We will mail you the invoice and packing slip for your records. We can not give you the Tracking number on your order since we did not ship you the package from our location. Orders taken on Friday will be processed and ship on Monday. If you refused and order that we shipped to you for any reason and is returned back to us, You will have to contact us requesting a refund. You will get a full refund on the product or item minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If you should have any questions please e-mail our sales or RMA department.

• However we will ship to a unconfirmed address, however If you give us an unconfirmed address per the USPS, and the package comes back to for any reason and you still want us to send you the order, you will have to pay for another shipping charge for us resend it back to you and another address, or you can cancel the order and ask for a refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If we don't hear from you in 30-days we will refund your money minus the shipping charges.

• If you would like your packages ship to an address other than your billing address, Please let us know alternative shipping address when you placing your order. 

• All products are shipped F.O.B. (freight on board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Any title and risk of loss or damage to the product's) shall pass to the Buyer on the date of shipping product's) to the Buyer, and Buyer are responsible for all C.O.D., freight insurance charges, improper freight handling / shipping and freight damage claims with the shipping agent and not by SPC Computers.

• We may ship from our warehouse in Chicago, California or Michigan which ever warehouse is closes to your area and, if your item is in stock at each location. If an item is not in stock we will refuse payment and you will receive an e-mail stating that we are out of stock on that item and we may or may not carry that item an longer. We try and listed items that customer are asking for. We may discontinue an item that does not move. This might be why we are out of stock on some item that we are trying to sell the last of. If you order multiple items and you think that the shipping charge was or is too much please e-mail our shipping department. SPC Computers is trying to set the shipping charge rate so everything is correct but, sometimes we have no control over the percent on the shipping. SPC Computers is not in business to make profit on shipping charges!
