Peter I just wanted to say that I found SPC Computer Web Site when I was searching on a search engine looking for ink cartridges. I have looked at the complete web site and it's not hard to fine what you are looking for. It seems that each time I have come back to browsing this web site and notice that the web master is always making changes on the web site, may it be price changes or adding images or changing the look to make things better. I have been surfing on the internet for many years now and I always seem to come back to SPC Computers Web Site to see what changes they made since the last time that I was there. I have purchased ink cartridges and a CD-ROM drive from them, and I never had a problem with anything. If they keeping updating their web site, then this means that they care about there look and devotion to their customer. They must treat there employee's that way to keep up with the company image. I thought that I would share this with all you end user. Thanks!!

Steve  I have been saving some money for some time now because I wanted to build my own computer. I have been looking on the internet for pricing and what is good or not. A friend told me about SPC Computers. I have never heard about them but, my friend said to check them out and he gave me their web site address so, I did check them out and came across these testimonials from other people what they have wrote in on what they though about SPC Computers. I was impress on what they all had to say. I know that not every business is perfect but, I know that SPC Computers really takes pride in there business and their customer. Well I decided to give them a chance and on my friends advice. I purchased all of my computer parts from them. Because I had ordered all of the parts from them, they gave me a discount with a company check! A refund a few days later on some of my money back with a letter telling me that anyone ordering alot of parts would be entitle to a discount. They could see that I was trying to build a computer from all of the parts that I had purchased. I couldn't believe it! that they would be giving me some money back for buying alot of items. And didn't matter how much I was getting back but, that I was getting something back and I was not expecting anything back. I called my friend and told him and even he was surprised! He said he didn't get back a refund on anything he had order. But he only order 2 items from them. I don't know what the item number is for a discount but, I guess it does not matter. Well I put together my computer and I am very happy with it. With the money that they sent back to me I purchase a CDRW from them again, and it like they gave it to me for free with the refund check. I just wanted to tell you all about SPC Computers what they did for me. I sure will buy from them again if I need something for my computer. Oh I also forgot to tell you that they also sent me a free case sticker with my order. Thanks! Alot!!!

Larry I have much to say about SPC Computers. I though that I would share my experience with SPC Computers. I needed a laptop for my daughter when she went to collage. I have been looking around and shopping for prices and what I could get for the money. My daughters friend told me to check out SPC Computers web site. She said that she had bought one from them and had very good luck with it. She has had for 3-years and it's still working fine. She said that you could build your own computer right on line and it would give you a quote price. I took her advice and look at the web site one evening with my wife and, she was right. I design the laptop that I though my daughter would like to have for collage. It only took about 20-mins and, submitted the quote. I received an e-mail back from the sales department the next day stating that the quoted price was correct and if I was interested that they would tell me how I could make the payment arrangements. I talked it over with my wife and, we decided to make the purchase. I contact the sales department again asking what I would have to do to make the purchase of the laptop that I was quoted. They e-mailed me back and stated the complete list on what items that I was getting and with the warranty and a Pay Pal shopping cart button that I could make my purchase with my credit card or, I could have purchase with a cashier check. I didn't feel comfortable buying anything on the internet with my credit card. I know that I my wife had a Pay Pal account from when she was buying items on e-bay. I had asked her if we could use that instead of using a credit card and, she said that we would have to transfer the money from our bank account to the Pay Pal account and that it would take about 3-days for the money to be there. We waited the 3-days and used the Pay Pal to make our payment for the laptop. After we made the payment we received a conformation number from Pay Pal and SPC Computers for the payment made. After that SPC Computers e-mailed me back that it would be 1-day for the laptop to be built and tested and then it would be shipped out. I received the laptop in a few days after I order it and I was very happy how fast I received it. All I had to do was to turn it on and it was ready to go! My daughter was very happy with the surprised that I had bought it for her. Now she could e-mail us from collage. The next few days I received an invoice from SPC Computers marked paid and if I should ever have a problem that I would be cover under the warranty. I also recommended SPC Computers to a friend from work and he said that he had bought a laptop for his son that was also going to collage next year. My friend said that he told them that I had just bought a laptop about a month ago from them. They had asked him what my name was because the we going to give me a referral money. A week later we received a company check from SPC Computer for $20.00 cash and not credit to buy more from but, a check to spend the money the way I see fit. I couldn't believe that they would give money back to their customers. I just wanted to said THANK YOU SPC COMPUTER FOR YOUR SMOOTH TRANSACTIONS AND WARRANTY AND HONESTY COMPANY. THANK YOU AGAIN!  

Joe I recently e-mailed SPC Computers and other companies to give me some prices on some hard drives that I was going to need to replace for a BIG job that I was going to have to do. SPC Computer e-mailed me right back with their reply and, I was waiting for the other companies to e-mail me back. It took about a week for them to all reply to my request except one company didn't e-mail me back at all! Looking at the prices from everyone, SPC Computers was a few dollars less than the other companies. I e-mailed SPC Computers back again requesting qty of 80 hard drive by manufacture and size. They quoted me a better price since I was going to order that many. They also requested that payment be by wire transfer to their bank. I e-mailed them back and state that payment would be fine and to give me all the details what I would have to do to wire money to their bank since I have never done this before. They e-mailed me back and gave me instruction on what I would have to do to transfer the money. I though that since it was going to be alot of money I would like to know about more about the company credentials. That gave me their tax ID number and company profile. I checked with the state of Michigan and to see if they were indeed licenses with the State of Michigan. Everything checked out ok! I went ahead and wired the money to their bank and the next business day, they had e-mailed me again stating that they received the money from the bank and they were going to fill the order and that when the got a tracking number from UPS they would e-mail me back giving me the tracking number so I could track it online. A little bit later the same day they e-mailed me the tracking as stated. They e-mail me about 3 days later telling me that the package has been delivery if I received it ok. I emailed them back stating that I received it. They told me that they would send via regular mail an invoice marked paid. I received the invoice what I had purchased and invoice was marked paid in full! I was browsing SPC Computers web site again and seen the testimonials and though I would write to SPC Computers to post this on their web site. I do admit I was a bit nerves about wiring the money to them since it was alot. I am glad that they were honest and that it was a smooth transaction with no problem. I know they have to worry about people trying to scamming product from them. In the e-mail they did state that they receive many e-mail asking for pricing on certain items. They told me that they would not give me any pricing if I would not agree with the payment terms. I am sure that they don't want to waste the time to do the pricing on people trying to scam them. I know that I can trust them and I will be purchasing products from them again in the future! Thank you SPC Computers for being a honesty company.

Mary I wanted to share the experience that I had with this company. When I went to the web site that a friend told me about. I was surprised that the web site was a secure web site and ever where I click on to browse was secure and even the shopping cart was secure as well. I felt that this company was safe to order from. I had read the testimonials what other people had said about this company and was impressed. So I decided to place an ordered with them. After I had ordered a item with my credit card I had received an e-mailed from them and, saying that they were no longer carrying that product even thou they had it listed on their web site for sale. They refunded my money and also I notice that they took down the item that I wanted from their web site the next time that I was browsing for something else. I ordered something else and received a tracking number via e-mail, and though ok they must have shipping the item and I should be getting it soon. Well I was right and received it in a few days. I had ordered a Western Digital hard drive and also got a Western Digital case sticker that I could stick on my computer. I had though that was very nice of the company to sent me that since I didn't asked for it. I guess all in all I am happy with my purchase and that they refunded my money when they were out of that product and, also they took down the product that they were no longer carrying so no one else would try and purchase it. I know that it hard to maintain a web site keep every page up to date. Thank You SPC Computer I know that you are a honest company and keep up the good customer service that I received.
